8-Week Food Law Course

This course teaches a single universal law shared across multiple wisdom systems: food is destiny discipline. We train appetite, protect digestion, restore rhythm, and cultivate longevity.

Core Law: Appetite must submit to reason. Overeating, late eating, and constant snacking weaken the body’s command center.

Course Orientation

We treat diet as a daily ritual of alignment: digestion is transformation, timing is law, and restraint is power. Each week includes teachings + practice + a closing insight.

Operating Rules (all 8 weeks):
  • Eat with intention; stop before full.
  • Prioritize warm, simple meals.
  • Remove snacking; protect digestion.
  • Hydrate with warm water/tea unless medically contraindicated.

Week 1 — Food Is Law
