8-Week Food Law Course
This course teaches a single universal law shared across multiple wisdom systems: food is destiny discipline. We train appetite, protect digestion, restore rhythm, and cultivate longevity.
Course Orientation
We treat diet as a daily ritual of alignment: digestion is transformation, timing is law, and restraint is power. Each week includes teachings + practice + a closing insight.
- Eat with intention; stop before full.
- Prioritize warm, simple meals.
- Remove snacking; protect digestion.
- Hydrate with warm water/tea unless medically contraindicated.
